- 본체 구조는 제품공급부, 가열부, 냉각부로 구성된 연속 생산성 구조로 되어있으며 속도 콘트롤러를 통해 반송 속도를 다양하게 하여 각 생산품의 종류, 크기 등 특성에 맞는 처리 시간 및 온도 프로파일을 적용할수 있습니다.
- 열풍 순환방식(Heated Air Circulation)을 이용하여 Chamber 내 균일한 온도 분포 및 유지를 통하여 우수한 품질의 제품을 생산 할 수 있습니다.
- 경량 내화 단열재를 사용하여 축열량이 적고 승온시간이 짧아 에너지손실을 최소화 하였습니다.
